Arte Institute is pleased to return to Angola with the NY Portuguese Short Film Festival in Luanda.

The screenings will take place at Centro Cultural Português - Institute Camões in Luanda and the NY Portuguese Short Film Festival is guest of the Festival  Internacional de Luanda (FIC).
